I love Saturday mornings when we don't have any sporting activities to hurry off to. It's the only day of the week we have The Australian delivered and I love to sit and read it while drinking English Breakfast Tea and eating toast with marmalade. Rocket the dog usually sits by my side expectantly, as he loves to eat the last corner of my toast. Today he managed to get a seat at the table with one of my daughters. A large flock of noisy Rainbow Lorikeets came and enjoyed the seed in the bird feeder, which I had finally remembered to refill.

ReplyDeleteWhy thank you, he is a little darling, he's a mix of terrier and spaniel - half the time he runs around chasing things and barking, the other half he masquerades as a sofa cushion!
